Your products and services

Give your readers an overview of:

  • What is so good about them - what do you have to offer?
  • How much can be delivered when operating at full capacity?

Read more about this within the commercial activity part of your co-operative business model.

Refer back to where you outlined your products and services in your feasibility study. See 'commercial activity' in the your co-operative business model  section.

Make sure to describe the full range of products and services. Why are they so wonderful? How much can be delivered when operating at full capacity? How will you assure the continuing quality of your products and services so that the business stays profitable in the future? How will you develop your products and services so that they don't become obsolete?

The information and tools in this section have been developed by our colleagues at the Co-operative Assistance Network.
