We raise awareness of the benefits of worker and employee ownership to new and existing business owners, business advisors and policy makers – and we support businesses to explore and adopt worker and employee ownership. This is a joint programme between Co-operatives UK and the Employee Ownership Association, and we are working with regional partners.
