These are designed to support co-operatives at every stage of their employment journey. Whether you are just starting to employ people and need to know the absolute essentials, or you are a larger co-op with line managers who need training up in specific skills, we can help.
We have a range of courses that we run periodically as open sessions for anyone to attend. You don’t need to be a Co‑operatives UK member to sign up. If you are a member, we’re also more than happy to deliver courses on your premises if that suits you better.
You might need a training course on a specific topic that we don’t already cover. That’s fine. We’re always happy to work with our members to deliver bespoke courses as and when required.
