Our gender pay gap reporting guide explains what organisations need to do in order to meet their legal obligations and suggests steps to improve overall gender pay gap.
The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 oblige all organisations employing 250 or more employees to publish certain information relating to their gender pay gap on an annual basis. The first reports were published on or before 4 April 2018 ((many organisations published earlier than the cut-off date).
