Ringo Housing Co-operative

We are a number of individuals from various backgrounds who are committed to radical and lasting social and ecological change. We are individually involved in a number of projects, including an anarchist catering collective, home education and radical ecological direct action. We have just brought a large house which will be home to ten adults and one child, and possibly more people in the future! Living collectively is an important aspect of our struggles for social change. We are aiming to build a community based on mutual aid and a degree of self-sufficiency, which provides an alternative to the constraints of squatting or renting off landlords, or the isolation of nuclear households. We hope our co-op will be a stable base from which to continue our efforts for social and political revolution. And the garden's very nice too.
