Now you've completed steps 1-5 you're ready to register your co-op.
Our simple registration service
We will:
- Register (incorporate) your co-operative or community organisation with the relevant registrar
- Guide you through the process wherever you get stuck. Look out for prompts to contact our advice team – but remember to save your progress as you go!
Registration
We offer two packages of support to register your co-operative.
- Draft governing documents using our standard models (no amendments)
- Provide essential advice
- Manage registration with the relevant registrar
- £325 + VAT, plus statutory fees (see below)

- Provide tailored advice
- Manage registration with the relevant registrar
- From £500 + VAT, plus statutory fees (see below)
Statutory fees (paid to the registrar)
FCA
- No changes to model rules: £40
- Up to six changes: £120*
- Up to 10 changes: £250*
Companies House
- Company Limited by Guarantee/Shares: £100*
- Community Interest Company: £115*
* If you want to amend articles or rules, the Advanced Package will be required.
