In this short policy paper we recommend that Scottish government should consider earmarking around 20 per cent of the Shared Prosperity Fund for community-led economy development (CED).
In 2017 the UK government said it would replace EU Structural and Investment Funds with a new Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF).
