Scottish Government is developing a vision of what housing should be like in 2040, prioritising issues like availability, affordability, eco-efficiency, functionality and community. It has consulted on this vision and on policy options for making it a reality.
We broadly agree that the draft vision and principles offer something Scottish Government and society should aim for.
In our response to Scottish Government's latest consultation we seek to evidence how a proliferation in co-operative and community-led housing could help to realise parts of this vision.
