About this webinar

To round out our series of Discover Co-ops community energy webinars, funded by The Co-operative Bank, we’re focusing on the ways that community energy can grow. What starts off as local people coming together to reclaim energy generation for themselves can soon become a sizeable operation generating hundreds of homes worth of energy. With a £68.5 million turnover from the sector and £24.5 million contributed to local economies by community energy organisations in 2024 according to Community Energy England, it’s impossible to ignore the power of community energy.
