Mock employment tribunal – October 2026

About the session 

Join barristers from 3PB and the HR Services team at Co-operatives UK in Birmingham for an interactive mock employment tribunal around a claim of unfair dismissal and sex discrimination. This event will take place on Tuesday, 13 October at 3PB Barristers in Birmingham.

Role-players will simulate a real-life case – and participants, as witnesses or, one of two, lay members supporting the judge, can take part in the role-play (optional) for a fully immersive learning experience that will leave you with a greater understanding of how employment tribunal hearings work. 

Format 

• A full day of tribunal proceedings with presentation of evidence, witness statements, examinations and judgement
• Discussions and explanations will be provided throughout
• Breaks will be incorporated into the proceedings
• Lunch and refreshments will be provided
