The Woodlands Tavern Community Pub

The Woodlands Tavern has served the community for several centuries and acted as a focal point for the village and surrounding area. Alongside the village church, the Woodlands Tavern represents the only community asset for many miles and its loss would have a wide impact, leading to isolation and loss of a communal meeting space for not just the village but particularly the vulnerable and elderly. Unlike a lot of local villages, we do not have a village hall.
