Wimbledon Art Studios is registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (number R29172R) and is a non profit making organisation.
The co-operative is run for the mutual benefit of the community and its members with any surplus money being ploughed back into the organisation to provide better services and facilities for its members.
Each member owns one share and as a member has the opportunity to participate in all decision making meetings.
