Westminster Housing Co-op is a housing management service specialising in shortlife accommodation. We have 25 years experience, work across 21 London boroughs and manage 380 properties on behalf of 16 property owners, including Peabody Trust, CircleAnglia, Octavia Housing & Care and Community Housing Association. In addition to our shortlife, we manage 20 permanent properties through a management agreement with a Housing Association and own 2 properties which we bought and developed with our own funds.
