Watling Gardens Tenant Management Organisation

Over 500 people from more than 25 different countries live in properties managed by the TMO. Watling Gardens is a safe and friendly place to live with clean open spaces within the estate grounds.

The majority of residents are tenants and about 30 residents have bought their own flats and have become leaseholders.

Watling Gardens TMO includes all the properties 1 to 137 Watling Gardens and the properties 1 to 30 Claire Court.
Watling Gardens is named after the old Roman road Watling Street which runs along the main entrance to the estate.
