Wallingford Community Land Trust

We're a group of local people working together to create more spaces for people to come together in Wallingford.
"We believe the spaces and places that define our town should benefit the people who live here - and that we should have a key role in owning and managing them."
As a Community Land Trust (CLT), we bring people together to support community-led projects, create community spaces and affordable homes, and with the objective of caring for what makes Wallingford special for generations to come.
