Vine is a 'fully mutual' Housing Co-operative -owned and run by its tenants.All tenants are members of the Co-op, and all members are tenants or prospective tenants. The Co-op owns 23 houses in Vauxhall Grove and Bonnington Square in the London Borough of Lambeth.
The houses are divided into dwellings of different sizes, including large shared houses, smaller family units and single person flats. The two Squares are part of a vibrant local community which has a local Community Centre, two Community Gardens and a busy social life.
