Three Boroughs Housing Co-operative

Three Boroughs is a fully mutual housing co-op based in Southeast London. We are managed by our members in the form of a committee elected at the AGM. We act as managing agents for a number of Housing Associations operating in the boroughs of Lewisham, Southwark and formerly, Greenwich.

We are a diverse co-op, with a large number of different nationalities and we are committed to providing the best possible service to all our members. We started out as being primarily a single person’s co-op, but over the years we have evolved into a general needs co-op and have a small number of 2 and 3 bedroom properties along with our 1 bedroom flats and shared housing.
