Terrace 21 Mutual Home Ownership Society

We are an MHOS currently in negotiations with Liverpool City Council to obtain 5 derelict properties that we will eco-retrofit and provide as intermediate market housing for our members.

Terrace 21 is a housing cooperative whose members intend to live in 5 x 2-bedroom terraced houses on Cairns Street, Liverpool 8. We are committed to creating environmentally sustainable, permanently affordable housing for people on modest incomes.
