Selly Oak Community Development Trust has been born out of a cooperative community network - Community Partnership for Selly Oak (CP4SO) which is an independent, non-political federation of local residents’ groups, organisations and individuals.
Selly Oak CDT are working to develop affordable rentable housing in our area, as well as find viable uses to restore the former library in the locality and have long term purpose that will enable maintainability of the building.
