Queen Camel Community Land Trust

Queen Camel is a rural community nestling in the rolling hills of South Somerset, being just 7 miles north of the towns of Yeovil and Sherborne and one mile south of the A303 trunk road. The Queen Camel Community Land Trust was formed in 2011 with the initial primary aim of promoting Affordable Housing within the village for those on low wages who could not afford full market rents.
Long term, we hope to be able to promote other enhancements to the village, its facilities and infrastructure.
