Princes Park Housing Co-operative

A housing co-operative established in 1979 to provide good quality, affordable housing for people in Liverpool 8. It is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers.

Every tenant is offered the opportunity to become a member of the co-operative by purchasing a non-interest yielding share. Each member has the right to a say in how the co-op is run, and has a vote on any proposal which affects the future of the co-operative.
