People's Property Portfolio: Bradford

The People’s Property Portfolio is a community benefit society with a mission to regenerate both spirit and place in our cities, starting with Bradford.

PPP aims to benefit the community by empowering local people to take ownership of land and empty property, both literally in terms of assets to be owned by the society and in terms of development and planning and so enable local people to design and deliver their own bespoke placemaking approaches.

PPP will create and enable mixed-use creative, entrepreneurial, residential and event spaces run by and for local people, using arts and culture as a key driver.
