Pembrokeshire People First

Pembrokeshire People First (PPF) is an independent, member-led charity based in Haverfordwest. We support adults with learning disabilities and/or autism to be heard, feel included and live more independent, confident lives.

Our organisation is led by the people we support. Many of our staff, volunteers and trustees have lived experience of learning disability or autism. Every two years, our members write a manifesto that sets our direction. This ensures our work stays focused on what really matters to those we support.

PPF delivers a range of projects that support personal growth, independence and community involvement. We promote rights, wellbeing, inclusion and meaningful choice. Our work is person-centred and strengths-based, helping people build on what they can do and not just manage what they can’t.
