Parity Trust IPS

Parity Trust has been an alternative finance option to high street credit providers since 2000 and was initially set up after research showed that many residents of Portsmouth (Hampshire) and surrounding areas did not have access to a bank account or mainstream credit facilities. The organisation has grown from being a local provider of small unsecured personal loans, to being able to offer secured loans for home improvements across a much wider area. We also provide shared ownership mortgages alongside specific projects and can look to provide mortgage extension loans which mean people with interest only mortgages coming to term and no repayment plan in place, can stay in their own homes.
