Out of Hours West Lancashire C.I.C

OWLS CIC is the established local provider of GP Out of Hours Services to the residents of West Lancashire; a population of around 120,000 people. We have provided this service since 1999 and through his time we have gained invaluable knowledge and experience of t he local area which has been used to constantly improve and innovate our provision of service. We have always performed highly and are very proud of our record of compliance against National Quality Requirements. We have regular dialogue with our service’s commissioners , the healthcare community and our patients to monitor the performance of our service. Importantly, we are also externally validated by the CQC.
