Oswestry Cricket Club is situated on Morda Road within easy walking distance of the town center.
The club was formed in 1855 and is reputedly the oldest club with continuous existence within Shropshire, according to Mike Robbinson who has been around for most of that time.
The Cricket Club Pavilion is one of Oswestry's most stylish venues and has a modern but stylish function room facility which is available to hire for all occasions where possible. The open plan room with a feature bar, is classy but functional and has proven to be a very popular venue for many events including birthday parties, christenings, weddings, funerals etc, but also very useful location for business meetings and conferences.
