Old Oak Housing Co-operative has been set up to manage 27 intermediate rent family houses on Job's Well Road, Carmarthen.
One of the Welsh Government's pioneer co-operative housing schemes, it was originally initiated by Carmarthenshire County Council, who wished to explore how a co-operative housing scheme could provide homes in the area.
