Old Farm Park Housing Co-operative has 42 homes and is a combination of flats and terraced houses in a fairly quiet and tidy estate.

The co-operative was built in 1991/92 and has several large green areas surrounding it and there is also a small park, and a canal. Each terraced home has a forecourt for parking; in addition there are designated parking areas for visitors. The estate is well lit, and the landscaped areas well maintained.
Each home is double-glazed, with a fitted kitchen and central heating.

The estate has easy access to shops and a local community centre offers various facilities including childcare. Schools are located nearby. Old Farm Park has contractual tenancies and has a 50:50 nomination agreement with Milton Keynes Council.
