Oast Wood Housing Co-operative is an Independent Fully Mutual Housing Co-operative.

We are collectively run by a committee who are elected from and by the tenant members who live in the properties. There are 36 properties made up of 3 bedroom houses and 2 wheelchair adapted bungalows. Our properties are in Titchfield Road, Doncaster Close, Goodwood Close, Taunton Close and Cheltenham Close, Maidstone, Kent ME15 8FX.
