In 2005 the residents of North and South Arden formed a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) to run the Arden Estate. We receive an allowance from Hackney Council to carry out the cleaning, the gardening, most of the day-to-day repairs; although not central heating; which is still the responsibility of Hackney Council. We do the housing management for the Arden Estate.
