New Education Housing Co-operative

New Education Housing Cooperative was founded in 1986 and was originally based in inner city Birmingham. The co-op relocated because of a change in aims and direction. New Education now owns outright a 4 bedroom house with a long garden in a semi-rural area 15 miles north of Swansea in the Upper Swansea Valley. The location was chosen for its mountain views and walks and its accessibility by public transport to the outstanding beauty of the Brecon Beacons and the Gower Peninsula coastline.
