New Cut Housing Co-operative contains a mix of one bedroom flats, two or four person shared units, and four bedroom houses. The Co-op is situated close to the South Bank in Lambeth, South London.

New Cut is a fully mutual independent housing co-operative which was built in 1991 and became independent soon after. The estate has one specially adapted disabled unit, a guest room and a community hall.
