Neds Housing Co-operative

Neds is a housing co-op based in Forest Fields/New Basford, Nottingham. It was established in 2001 to provide affordable housing for people working for social change in the following areas: animal welfare, anti-racism/migrant solidarity, environmental protection and social justice, amongst others.

It consists of a large house (less than a minute’s walk from the Sumac Centre) and various outbuildings, including a large ex-factory space used for workshops and hosting gatherings.

We are gradually making our property as energy efficient as possible and reducing our environmental footprint.
