Lordship South TMO

Lordship South Tenant Management Organisation is set up and governed in line with the Right to Manage Legislation. We have a legally binding contract with Hackney Council; a Modular Management Agreement (MMA) which sets out our role and responsibilities as well as the Council’s role and responsibilities. We manage 268 properties of which 78 are leasehold or freehold properties. We celebrated 12 years of operation in 2014.

Lordship South Estate is managed by its residents. The TMO was founded by a group of residents.
