Leading Lives provides a wide range of high quality support for people including those with learning disabilities, and autistic individuals, older people, young people in transition and family carers across Suffolk.
We support people to live the life they choose.
We offer a variety of services from day services, supported housing, respite and short break care and support in the community and people’s homes.
We are also developing dementia support services.
