Knaresborough Community Land Trust is the future of our town. Working from the Neighbourhood Development Plan, we will be owned and run by the Knaresborough Community.
Our aim is to develop homes in Knaresborough that are truly affordable for people who live and work in Knaresborough. This is Knaresborough taking control of our future. We want to see the vibrant and thriving town centre that only the community knows how to build.
