Kettering Allotments

Kettering Allotments Asociation is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1965 and Friendly and Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968 (Company registration 6160R). The legislation is now covered by the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014. We have to send our audited accounts to the FSA (financial services authority), now called the FCA or Prudential regulation Authority of the Bank of England. Our accounts are audited annually by a chartered accountant and presented at our Annual General Meeting (AGM).
