Hour Glass Housing Co-operative

Hourglass Housing Co-operative is a small independent co-op with three converted properties in the Oval and Vauxhall area of south London. The Victorian/Georgian houses are converted into 12 one bed flats, 2 two bed flats and 1 maisonette with some shared garden areas.

The co-op is a general meeting co-op developed in the 1980’s. All members are invited to the monthly meetings.

Hourglass Housing Co-operative issues contractual tenancies and has 100% allocations from its own waiting list.
