Holly Rise Housing Co-operative

Holly Rise Housing Co-operative was established in 1987. It comprises of two blocks of 1950s built flats. Southam House and Claverdon House. Each block houses 30 one and two bedroom properties over 6 floors.

Over the years we have achieved much to be proud of: encouraging a community spirit & improving the standard of living and the environment.

Members of the Co-op aim to maintain a stable and harmonious community and ensure that they have good quality housing services, whether these are provided by themselves or the council. The estate is also very attractive as the Co-op works closely with the Council to achieve a high standard of repair to properties and cleanliness in communal areas.
