Glenkerry Co-operative Housing Association

Glenkerry House is a self-run, independent co-operative housing association in East London. Members of the association own their flats and share the running of the association – both financially and administratively.

We accept direct applications from prospective residents. Applicants must show that they meet the criteria, including willingness and ability to help run the association, and financial means to obtain a mortgage to buy their property.

Built in 1977, the development was designed by renowned architect Erno Goldfinger.
