Giffard Park Housing Co-operative

The Giffard Park Housing Co-operative has been providing low cost housing in Milton Keynes since 1984. The buildings were purpose built to provide housing for people without dependents, so unfortunately we can't take applications from people who have children living with them. We do have 20 unfurnished one bedroom flats that couples can apply for. There are also 48 rooms in 12 furnished shared houses. Each of these rooms represents an individual's contractual tenancy. There are also 4 bedsits, however these are only available to people currently living as tenants on the co-op.
