Friern Barnet Central Allotment Holders Association

We are a large North London allotment society with over 260 members. We welcome members from our diverse community who enjoy growing things – flowers and vegetables of course, but even bees! It’s a good community of very friendly and helpful people from a hugely diverse ethnic background – so if you want to know more about unusual vegetables, and swap some fantastic recipes, then this is the place to come. Kids love it as well – there is always something to do and lots of wildlife to study (or chase…). We welcome everyone, especially families, and hold social events such as a summer BBQ and Christmas drinks. We are self-governing and run by a committee of volunteers who ensure that the sites are well maintained and well run.
