For people who need care at home, Equal Care Co-op will offer a trusted, accessible care and support matching and care management platform. Caregivers and receivers get full choice and autonomy over their care, including the opportunity to be in both roles: care users can share their skills, support others and be fairly rewarded for this. Care workers can choose employment type and decide their hours and clients. Crucially, unlike other platforms and most of the traditional care industry, the company and the technology is owned by the participators and the creators of value: the givers and users of care.
