Cwm Arian Renewable Energy (CARE)

Cwm Arian Renewable Energy (CARE) is a group of community volunteers who have been working to develop a community owned wind turbine project in north Pembrokeshire. At a consultation event in 2006, the people of Hermon, Glogue and Llanfyrnach were asked what would make their lives better, and many answered that they hoped to find a way to generate a sustainable income, fight fuel poverty, and own their own energy... so CARE was born to try and make hope into reality.
