Craymill Housing Co-operative

Craymill Housing Co-operative is a two storey block of flats comprising of small families, couples, single and elderly people, situated in Crayford, Kent. Craymill is a fully mutual independent co-operative.

The properties were built in 1982 and contain double glazed windows and full central heating. The estate is equipped with security lighting and CCTV cameras and has a private car park.

The closest train stations are Slade Green and Barnehurst with frequent services into London and the Medway Towns. Nearest bus service is No.89. All tenants have a contractual tenancy. The Co-operative has a 50% nominations arrangement with Bexley Council.

The Co-operative has use of the Darlton Community Hall in which the Social Committee organise regular bingo sessions, a meat raffle etc and they also organise occasional day trips for the Co-operative.
