Court Credit Union

Court Credit Union Shankill Road has been operating for over 20 years, later incorporating Forthriver and Carrsglen Credit Unions. We are a profit sharing community based financial organisation which offers a convenient savings option and low cost borrowing. We provide a focal point for our community and bring people together for the benefit of the community as a whole. We help revive the local economy by keeping the money within the community. Loans to our members can mean income for local shops and businesses.

The members of Court Credit Union run and manage it themselves. We have a 6 employed staff and a Committee who are volunteers from the community.

What are the aims of Court Credit Union?

The three main aims are:

*To provide low cost loans
*To grow financial security within the community
