● Working together to produce home grown food for the village and wider community
● Generating an excess to re-invest in growth and development of the community agricultural holding.
● Working towards zero food waste for our community by providing composting and anaerobic composting.
● Significantly reducing the food miles for an increasingly wide range of staple foods for the community.
● Learning traditional skills culture and language from our community.
● Bulk buying of dry goods and tinned goods for Co-op members to help reduce both waste and the travelling costs associated with buying food from supermarkets.
