Centaur Housing Association (CHA) is a Charitable Co-operative and Community Benefit Society, established in 1996 and based in Chorley, Lancashire.
We specialise in delivering high-quality Specialist Housing Management Services for individuals whose lives are impacted by a range of disabilities, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs.
At CHA, we work collaboratively with customers, their families, support providers, property developers, local authorities, and Integrated Commissioning Boards to create tailored housing solutions that meet the unique needs of each individual.
Our experienced team brings a wealth of knowledge and a person-centred approach to every service we provide. This enables us to support vulnerable individuals in living independently and safely within their own homes.
