Battersea Tenants Co-operative is a Tenant / Residents Management Organisation (TMO/ RMO) set up under ‘Right to Manage’ legislation. There are many TMOs in London and particularly in Wandsworth. Battersea Tenants has been developed by residents with the support of the Borough of Wandsworth to take over the management of the estate in 1990.
