artHOC Housing Co-operative

Lilliput housing co-operative is going to create a neighbourhood of nine small, low cost, 2/3 bedroomed sustainable homes for those most in need of secure, genuinely affordable housing in Brighton & Hove. Each resident would have their own front door and cooperate with the community on a communal building, a shared garden and the ongoing running of the co-op. Members would be both tenant and landlord.
